Before ordering items or services through OBS, please read through this information first, since many services are already included in your Full or Basic Service Package with Tobias Renz FAIR-PR. As always, we would be glad to answer any of your questions personally.

Posters and brochures: Smaller packages can be sent using nearly any logistics company. Use the address above and make sure that all information as well as Tobias Renz’ telephone number is clearly marked on the package. Please confirm with your logistics company that they can pick up the packages from the Hannover Fairgrounds on Friday, April 24 by 8pm. Due to the rush of the dismantling time, packages could be misplaced, making it difficult for your logistics company to find them.
Storage
If you have booked through one of Hannover’s major logistic companies, they can remove your empty crate from the booth on Saturday, April 18 or Sunday, April 19. For dismantling, the logistic companies will begin delivering crates to booths on Friday, April 24 around 7pm.
We will also offer additional storage on-site at the Group Exhibit H2/FC. This space is intended for small boxes of brochures, poster cases, etc. Larger boxes must be stored through a logistic company.
Booth Construction
Booth construction for Basic Service exhibitors opens on Monday, April 6 (please contact us for more details). Booths must be completed on Sunday, April 19 by 6 pm.
Hours of Exhibition
Monday, April 20 till Friday, April 24; 9am – 6pm daily
Booth Dismantling
Booth dismantling may not begin before Friday, April 24 at 6 pm.
Vehicle Admission
Exhibitors should use the WEST 1 entrance, located near the crossing of Kronsbergstrasse and Karlsruhe Strasse.
More information about vehicle admission will be available in January 2009.
Hydrogen Usage & Technical Regulations
Linde Gas Division will be supplying hydrogen at the Group Exhibit H2/FC. Please send your request including all specifications to Megan McCool, so that Linde can provide you with an estimate. Here you can find regulations for hydrogen usage as well as general technical regulations.

WLAN at your booth
Our media team will be there to help you set up your free WLAN account and provide assistance with any questions or technical problems you have. Note: Due to the many overlapping channels in Hall 13, we cannot guarantee 100% continual Internet connection. If you need a constant Internet connection, please let us know so that we can help you order an additional landline cable for your booth.

Every exhibitor and co-exhibitor will automatically receive exhibitor passes from the Deutsche Messe by mail, according to your booth size. If you need more exhibitor passes, you can pick them up on Saturday or Sunday before the fair begins (no entry ticket needed on April 18 or 19). |

Every exhibitor and co-exhibitor will receive 100 daily tickets issued under their company name. There is no charge to the exhibitor for the tickets which are used. Unlimited daily tickets are available through Tobias Renz FAIR-PR - free of charge. |

Parking passes are also included in your service package, according to your booth size. Please let us know how many you will need and if you are bring a larger transport vehicle. |
Computer/Media Rentals
Laptops, flat screen televisions and other media appliances can be rented through our booth building company. These objects will be invoiced separately by our booth building company. Please send Megan McCool your request.
Co-exhibitor Registration
Companies which are not registered exhibitors and wish to set up displays, exhibit logos and/or brochures at your booth, etc. must be registered as a co-exhibitor for an additional fee of 1,500 Euro (+ VAT).
Cleaning
Daily cleaning is included in both the Full and Basic Service Packages.
Security
We will offer security starting Friday, April 17 at 7pm. Security will be on-site every evening thereon. Our security service ends on Saturday, April 25 at 8am. Tobias Renz FAIR-PR is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.
