Complete Food & Beverage Service:
Three fully-catered meals each day of the fair, including afternoon coffee breaks.
Beverages are served directly to the exhibitors’ booths throughout the day. |

Our media team documents your company/institution’s exhibition activities and your Forum Presentation, and places all the photos and information online the same week of the Fair. |

Exhibitors Lounge:
Comfortable lounge area where lunch will be served daily. This area is open all day for exhibitors to relax and enjoy a casual atmosphere with plenty of seating and floral decorations. |

Exhibitors Office:
Fully-equipped business area to meet your needs when you are at the fair, away from your office. Telephones, fax machines, copier, printer, computers with unlimited Internet access—we’ll even charge your cell phone and batteries! Bring the "office" to your booth with wireless LAN provided especially for our Group Exhibit exhibitors. |

Meeting Rooms:
Small and large meeting rooms that accommodate up to 12 persons. Rooms include furniture, catering service and audio equipment (upon request). Make reservations beforehand online or spontaneously on location, April 16-20. |

Kitchens:
Two kitchens are set up within our exhibition area, equipped with washers, stoves, coffee machines, refrigerators and all we need to serve the 400-500 representatives of our 100+ exhibitors and their guests.

Storage Space:
Available storage area to stow your reserve brochures and information, materials for your exhibit, and any other extras that you do not want to bring daily to and from the hotel. |

Security:
Nightly security provided specifically for the Group Exhibit to relieve your worries while you’re away. |

Hired staff attends to keeping the area in and around your booth clean so that your exhibit always looks its very best. |
